ABU DHABI, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, today received Filip Vujanovic, President of Montenegro, and members of the delegation he is leading to the World Future Energy Summit, held as part of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2017.
The leaders discussed ways of promoting friendship and co-operation between their two countries to serve their common interests.
Discussions covered the goals of the energy summit, seeking to bolster co-operation between states to find innovative and efficient solutions to diversify sources of clean energy.
They also discussed regional and international developments and a number of issues of common concern.
Those who attended the meeting, held at the al-Shatea Palace, included Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority (EAA), Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouie, Under-Secretary at the Court of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, along with the Montenegro delegation members.
Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2017 is being hosted by Masdar, Abu Dhabi's renewable energy company.
