The World Declaration of Moral Education calls for the establishment of specialist national institutions and organisations to deal with the issues of extremism and corruption, through academic and scientific methods and based on future foresight, to identify the morals and values that assist in countering ideological extremism and moral corruption.
The declaration, which was delivered by Colonel Dr. Ibrahim Al Dabal, General Coordinator of the Summit, also called on the world's countries to co-operate in protecting future generations and face global challenges, through partnerships between international governments, the private sector and the entire community. Al Dabal highlighted the joint responsibility between governments, cultural, religious and social organisations and the private sector to strengthen the world's youth and counter extremist ideologies and moral corruption.

The declaration further highlighted the necessity of promoting civilised dialogue, planning global initiatives and co-operating to face the issues that can damage humanitarian values and good morals, which have separated families and corrupted moral values.
