Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques says Kingdom is resolved to defeat youth spoilers

MAKKAH, 5th July, 2016 (WAM)--Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, has stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is determined to beat with an iron fist those who target and mislead the youth.

In his speech on Eid Al Fitr, he added, "The society should be aware that it is a partner of the State in its fight against this deviated thought as we, all of us, follow the instructions of our Islamic religion, which bars bloodshed and embargoes violation of public money, noting our position in the heart of the Islamic world, our grace role of serving Islam and support for Muslims all over the world, particularly their legitimate issues, notably the Palestinian cause."

He warned that the sedition in the Islamic world today necessitates all to exert the utmost effort "to unify our word and rank and work together to solve the problems of the Islamic nation."

According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), King Salman said the biggest obstacle and challenge facing the Islamic nation is how to keep its youth, the real wealth and hope of future, away from the dangers facing them, particularly extremism and violence.

He said, "Eid Al Fitr is a demonstration of solidarity, kindness and sympathy among the sons (and daughters) of the Islamic nation, an expression of their unity despite different places and languages, appealing to Allah Almighty to complete our jubilance by clearing out the clouds of dispute, difference and sedition from over (the heads) of the Islamic nation and discarding its plight and pains."

On the eve of blessed Eid Al Fitr, "I call upon all of you to remain optimistic and hopeful of a bright and better near future, thanking God Almighty to have graced us of numerous seen and unseen blessings."
