Dubai Charity Association, MBRHE sign cooperation agreement

DUBAI: Dubai Charity Association has signed a cooperation agreement with the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) as part of the efforts exerted by both parties to enhance community cooperation and support the national development journey.

The agreement aims to establish aspects of joint work and coordination to achieve the objectives and goals that serve their programmes and to set a common framework for adopting initiatives and coordinating efforts to care for and support the housing sector and deserving housing cases.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the Dubai Charity Association by Ahmed Al Suwaidi, the Executive Director of the Association, and on behalf of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment by Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, the Executive Director of the Establishment. The signing took place at the headquarters of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, in the presence of several directors and officials from both parties

The agreement will contribute to supporting the housin
g sector by studying and supporting the cases of the Emergency Committee and housing cases. It also includes providing locations for electronic donation boxes and clothing containers of the association at the headquarters of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment and its affiliated housing complexes to collect donations and clothing. Additionally, the agreement involves participating in initiatives, charitable campaigns, and exhibitions organised by both the association and the establishment throughout the year.

In this regard, Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Dubai Charity Association, said, “We are pleased to collaborate with the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, which plays a pioneering and positive role in the housing sector in the Emirate of Dubai through comprehensive and sustainable housing services, based on a foundation of urban development that ensures family and community stability through adequate housing.”
