Earthquake jolts Tibet region

BEIJING, 5th December, 2016 (WAM) -- A 5.1-magnitude earthquake has hit Nyainrong county in China's Tibet Autonomous Region Monday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Centre.

According to China's News Agency, Xinhua, the epicentre was monitored at 32.32 degrees north latitude and 92.31 degrees east longitude, at a depth of about five kilometers.
