RIYADH, 16th October, 2016 (WAM) — The GCC Health Ministers’ Council has discussed a number of issues in the health sector, including expatriates’ check-up and unified procurement programmes, central medicine registration and medicines pricing system, at its meeting held recently in Riyadh.

In the meeting, a number of organisational issues, including executive bureau budget and other technical programmes, were also discussed.

Suleiman bin Saleh Al-Dakheel, Director-General of the Executive Bureau of the Council, who was recently appointed to the portfolio, thanked council members for appointing him to the new post, the Saudi Press Agency, has reported.
