Dubai, Following three days of enthusiastic crowds and sales, the 4th World Art Dubai, the region's largest affordable art fair, will enter its final day on Saturday, 21st April, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Part of the Dubai Art Season, this year's edition of the four-day event has expanded in offering Dubai's community of established art collectors, first-time purchasers, style hunters and those who are curious about art a unique opportunity to invest in a 4,000-strong collection of works by emerging artists from the UAE, the Gulf region and around the world.
While thousands of visitors have already participated in a series of educational talks and interactive workshops, led by participating artists, at the fair, World Art Dubai's educational platforms aim to end its final day on a high.
The theme on Saturday will be "Art, Community and the Creative Economy," and a talk on art, travel and photography will be held by the AJALA Project, which will aim to teach its participants how to get that perfect social media shot.
"World Art Dubai in on-track to achieve yearly growth in all our core areas of performance, from artist and gallery participation to crowd attendance, sales and entertainment activities. The appetite for this event is tremendous, and we are looking forward to a sensational day," said Trixie LohMirmand, Senior Vice President of Exhibitions and Event.
World Art Dubai 2018 is open from 14:00 to 21:00 from Wednesday, 18th April, to Saturday, 21st April. Tickets cost AED25 on-site.
