GAZA, 17th July 2016 (WAM) — The Israeli army on Monday fired two Patriot missiles toward an unmanned aerial vehicle suspected of breaching its airspace in the Galilee region in the north, on Sunday afternoon, Israel’s Channel 2 reported.

A Code Red siren was sounded in the northern border region at 17:04 local time, moments before the missiles were fired to intercept the unidentified drone, when Israel Defense Forces (IDF) put the region on its highest alert level, the TV channel said.
