AMMAN, -- Hani Mulki, Jordanian Prime Minister, yesterday met with Queen Mathilde of Belgium, in Amman, Jordan.
According to the Jordanian News Agency, Petra, Mr. Mulki expressed his appreciation for the important role played by the Kingdom of Belgium in supporting the nation in the challenges posed by the situation in the region, particularly the consequences of the Syrian refugee crisis.
Queen Mathilde said that she appreciated the key role taken by Jordan's King Abdullah II in promoting peace and security in the Middle East.
The Belgian Queen stressed her country's continued support to the Kingdom to maintain its humanitarian role, especially that of hosting Syrian refugees.
