CAIRO, 17th February, 2016 (WAM) — Kuwait and Egypt have signed four agreements that will promote cooperation in different domains.

According to the Kuwait News Agency, KUNA, the two countries signed an agreement on cultural and technical cooperation, a Memorandum of Understanding over civil services and administrative development, an implementation programme of a scientific and technical agreement, and an implementation programme of the 2016-18 tourism cooperation agreement.

The signing ceremony took place shortly before the conclusion of the Kuwait-Egypt Joint Committee, co-chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and Egyptian Foreign Minister, Sameh Shoukry.
