Moderate earthquake hits Egyptian coast

CAIRO, 16th May, 2016 (WAM) -- According to Earthquakes Today, a magnitude 5 earthquake occurred 16 miles off the coast of Dahab, Egypt.

The earthquake struck at 4:45 a.m. local time. While magnitude 5 earthquakes can cause some structural damage to buildings, no losses or casualties have been reported as yet.
