RAS AL KHAIMAH,- His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces today offered condolences to the family of martyr Rashid Ahmed Abdullah Al Habsi, who was martyred while performing his national duties as part of the Saudi-led Arab coalition's 'Operation Restoring Hope' in Yemen.

During a visit to the mourning majlis in Ras Al Khaimah, H.H. Sheikh Mohamed expressed his condolences and sincere sympathies to the family of the martyr, praying to Allah Almighty to bless the soul of the deceased with mercy in Paradise and grant his family patience and solace.

He said he was proud of the sacrifices made by the servicemen in defending their country and praised the solidarity shown by the people of the UAE with the families of the martyrs.

"The sacrifices of our martyrs will always have a special place in our hearts," he added.

The martyr's family members said they were proud of his sacrifice and renewed their pledge of loyalty to the UAE.

Condolences were also offered by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development and Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Director of the Director of Office of Martyrs' Families.
