ABU DHABI, 12th June 2016 (WAM) – His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces received this evening at Al Shati Palace Jerry Mateparae, Governor General of New Zealand, who is currently visiting the UAE.

Sheikh Mohamed welcomed the Governor General of New Zealand and discussed with him ties of friendship and cooperation and ways to enhance cultural and scientific exchange between the two countries.

They also exchanged views on regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Director of East Asia and Pacific at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Under-secretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court.
