The Ministry of Interior (MoI) Council, hosted by UAE national Saeed Mohammed Al Rumaithi at his residence in Al Ain, under the theme "Services Offered by the Social Support Center," called for the promotion of societal culture via awareness messages disseminated across social networking sites. The participants stressed that these messages would help educate family members, in order to avoid family disputes and social problems.

The Council is one of the awareness gatherings organized by the Law Respect Culture Bureau, in cooperation with the Security Support Department of the Security Support General Directorate, at the General Secretariat of the Office of His Highness Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Interior. The Council was moderated by media personality, Rashid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Al Khaleej Newspaper office in Al Ain.

Council participants examined the various stages of the Social Support Centers and emphasized that they endeavor to avoid problems by tackling them before they escalate. They also aim to maintain family stability as the basis of society. The centers provide citizens and residents with psychological and social support, as well as addressing social and family issues through early intervention. This approach seeks to resolve problems amicably before they intensify, by referring them to the competent authorities, according to the attendees. Moreover, they noted that these centers provide the necessary support and integrated care for victims of crime.
