MUBADALA TO HIGHLIGHT ABU DHABI’S GROWING AEROSPACE HUB AT FARNBOROUGH INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOW

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates- Mubadala Development Company, the Abu Dhabi-based investment and development company, is set to showcase its growing aerospace capabilities, at this year's Farnborough International Airshow, one of the largest international aviation events.

This year marks the 50th edition of the Airshow, which will be held from July 11 to 17, in Farnborough, United Kingdom.

Mubadala will be attending the event alongside assets from its Aerospace and Engineering services portfolio, including Piaggio Aerospace, Sanad Aero Solutions and Strata Manufacturing.

In line with the Abu Dhabi government's vision of a diversified economy, Mubadala is dedicated to establishing an aerospace hub in Abu Dhabi. Nibras Al Ain Aerospace Park, the joint-venture between Mubadala and Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), is the key catalyst, driving the establishment of a world class aerospace centre in the Emirate. The development will be an industrial platform for manufacturing and maintenance facilities, education and training institutions and research and development facilities.

Mubadala is continuing to become a key player in the global aerospace industry and works with its partners to develop a range of services, to meet the needs of customers across the entire supply chain, including manufacturing; maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and leasing solutions.
