ABU DHABI, 15th January, 2017 (WAM)–As part of his tour to the UAE, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Prime Minister of the Republic of Nepal visited on Sunday the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

He was received by Yousef Al Obaidly, Director-General of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre. While at the mosque, the Nepalese PM visited the tomb of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, where he paid a rich tribute to the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed and his approach that contributed to the promotion of culture of tolerance, coexistence and peace among the different peoples of the world.

The guests were also briefed on the unique aesthetics of the mosque and Islamic architecture.

At the end of the visit, Al Obaidly presented a copy of the book “Spaces of Light” to the Nepalese PM. .
