BANGKOK, 19th October, 2015 (WAM) — A roadside bomb has killed two paramilitary soldiers and wounded five others in violence-plagued southern Thailand, where the military is fighting Malay Muslims rebelling against rule by the country’s Buddhist majority.

According to Reuters, a regional security spokesman said that the blast hit their vehicle during a routine patrol in the Sai Buri district of Pattani Province, Southern Thailand.

Regional security spokesman also added that, a second roadside bomb placed around 3 kilometers away from the first bomb also exploded but there were no casualties.
