ABU DHABI, 18th February, 2016 (WAM) — Turkish Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, has said the Ankara car bomb attack was carried out jointly by a YPG member from Syria and PKK members based in Turkey.

According to Mr. Davutoglu, the assailants have all been identified. “It is Syrian national Saleh Najar who was born in the northern Syrian city of Amuda in 1992, and nine other have been detained,” he said during a press briefing on Thursday.

The premier was speaking a day after the terrorist attack hit military vehicles in central Ankara, killing at least 28 people and wounding a further 61.
