ABU DHABI, President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received a cable of condolence from Serzh Sargsyan, President of Armenia, in which he offered condolences over the death of those Emiratis who were recently martyred in a terrorist bombing at the headquarters of the provincial governor of Kandahar, Afghanistan.
In the cable, President Sargsyan expressed sincere condolences and sympathies to the families of the martyrs and the Emirati people, and prayed to God to grant them patience and fortitude.
He also condemned the heinous terrorist crime that resulted in the martyrdom of the Emirati citizens.
In his cable, President Sargsyan wrote, "We share sadness with you and the relatives and families of the martyrs, stand in solidarity with the friendly people of the UAE, and wish you to have patience and fortitude."
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received a similar cable from the Armenian leader.
