Maeen District in Sana’a commemorates Al-Sarqah

The Guidance Office in the Maeen district in Sana’a organized, on Saturday a cultural event on the anniversary of the yell (Al-Sarqah) in the face of the arrogant powers, entitled “The Al-Sarqah is a Slogan and stance.”

At the event, the Undersecretary of the Capital Municipality, Khaled Al-Madani, spoke about the outcry and the economic boycott as an effective weapon in the face of the enemies, which was launched by the martyred leader, Hussein Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, more than twenty years ago in the hall of Imam Al-Hadi School in the highest mountains of Maran.

He explained the reasons that prompted the martyred leader to launch the Al-Sarqah slogan after the events of September 11 and the American invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan under the pretext of combating terrorism.

Al-Madani indicated that the martyred leader sensed the importance of innocence from the enemies of God as a religious duty affirmed by the Holy Qur’an, and that every Muslim must shout the slogan to define his position rejecting the American and Zionist policies that seek to dominate people, plunder their wealth and violate their sovereignty, especially the Arab and Islamic countries.
