A meeting chaired by Maqbouli discusses the needs of Ma’rib Governorate


A meeting held on Tuesday in Sana’a, headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Caretaker Government for Services and Development Affairs, Dr. Hussein Maqbouli, discussed the general situation in Marib province and its needs for service and development projects.

The meeting, which included the Governor of Marib, Ali Taaiman, a member of the National Reconciliation Committee, Muhammad Al-Amir, the Deputy Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Fahd Al-Ezzi, and the Deputy Public Mobilization Officer in the Governorate, Hussein Abunab, touched on the difficulties facing the local authority in the governorate, and ways to address them.

He approved a number of measures related to strengthening the role of local authority bodies and improving the level of services.

Maqbouli pointed out that the government is making unremitting efforts with the governorate’s leadership to provide basic services in various sectors to alleviate the suffering of the people of the liberated districts.

He stressed
the importance of concerted efforts to enhance the role of local authority agencies in providing services and improving the living conditions of the people of the governorate, and the keenness of the Supreme Political Council and the government to provide the governorate’s needs for services and projects to alleviate the suffering of citizens as a result of the aggression and siege.
